The headquarters are headed by Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Orudjali Gadjiyev, and are located in the village of Garagiune in the Sabirabad region, in the police station. Vice-Premier Abid Sharifov and the head of 'Amelioration and Water Economy' company Ahmed Ahmedzade have arrived at the scene.

Over 20 injured in train collision in Turkey

More than 20 people were injured when two passenger trains collided onThursday evening in the Turkish province of Kodjaeli, 80 km fromIstanbul, local media report.According to the Khaber Tiurk TV channel, the trains collided after atrain from Istanbul went off the rail. Several train cars turned over.All the injured were hospitalized and some have severe injuries, RIANovosti reports.
